Our orders within are shipped out as soon as possible the day after you place them. Depending on
the delivery location, your order will arrive within 3 – 5 days.
Your order will be shipped on the same day it’s placed, subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you in advance to discuss replacement options before shipping.

Our delivery hours are between 10am – 8pm on the date you select. We are unable to guarantee a particular time for the delivery but rest assured, your package will arrive at the earliest!
Return Policy and Procedure
Our team at Great Indian sweets takes great pride and utmost care in our sweets and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do! Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are
- a. not happy with a product (or)
- b. has received an incorrect or damaged order,
Please do get in touch with us with a photo of your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Once we have the necessary information, we will work with our Quality Control team and Shipping partner to address the issue.

Cancellation Policy
An order placed with greatindiansweets.com will be subject to cancelation before shipping. Any cancelation request should reach us before the shipping of the products. This will not apply to custom packaged products that are packed specially for a customer. In such cases cancellation will not be entertained. If the order was cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%. Any refund request will get processed with in a day of accepting the cancelation policy.
